New for Summer Rowing League - morning sessions!

Sunrises > Sunsets

Why you should consider an early morning routine even if you have never been an early riser:

  1. The best water happens at sunrise - calm winds, cooler temps (a blessing in the summer), and glass-like water.
  2. You're more likely to get to practice - the commute to the boathouse is a breeze.
  3. Early morning adrenaline high - they say the most successful people are early risers.

Locker rooms and shower facilities are available so you can get in that row and then head off to whatever your day requires.

SRL morning practice times: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6:00am - 7:30am.
