Pre-Season Maintenance Days

Saturday, March 25 and Sunday March 26, from 9:00 a.m. to noon

If it’s March, it’s time to get the WRRA fleet READY TO ROW!

We have 33 boats and over 170 oars so we need at least 30 members each day to assist with the remaining repairs and service to get the fleet up and ready for rowing in April and May.

We will be rigging all SRL boats and the remaining 8+s and 4+s – your chance to get hands-on experience on how to assemble the boats.

Bring (2) 7/16" wrenches, screwdrivers, and YOU!

RSVP to if you can help.

CRF 2017 Mandatory Safety Review Sessions

The Cleveland Rowing Foundation safety committee has announced that all CQL and SQL members must attend a Safety Recertification Meeting in order to retain their tested safety status in 2017.

Meetings will be about an hour long and will be held in the CRF boathouse conference room on the below dates:

Sunday, February 19 at 10:00 a.m.
Wednesday, February 22 at 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 28 at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 4 at 10:00 a.m.
Sunday, March 5 at 10:00 a.m.
CRF is also offering a CPR certification class directly following the February 19 and March 4 meetings (assume a 11:00 a.m. start). If you’d like to attend, please RSVP to for additional details.
For those who are outside the Cleveland area (e.g. away at college, out of the state/country for business) another review will be offered later in the spring upon proof of your absence for each of the above dates.
If you fail to attend and were not excused for the limited reasons above, you will have to re-test.
