Registration is now open!!!
Learn to Row
We encourage all new rowers to enroll in our
Learn to Row program - a one day comprehensive introduction to rowing, including two on-the-water sessions. A direct link to registration for Learn to Row (upper left, "register to row" blue button) and additional information can be found on our website Learn to Row page:

General Registration Information
After arriving at the registration site through the link on the
program page, identify the session of Learn to Row for which you would like to register and add it to your "cart". At that point you will be prompted to login (or create an account if you do not already have one). After that is complete, continue through the registration process, digital signing of waivers, and payment.
Payment is by credit card. There is a $1.25 Transaction fee that is added to each transaction.
Note: activenet (our registration service provider) places some "ads" on the last two pages of "checkout" for magazine subscriptions and Active Advnantage. We have no control over these and want to alert our customers to them. If you are not interested in either of those, do not make any selection. Scroll to the bottom of the "magazine" page and hit "next", and then scroll to the bottom of the Active Advantage page and hit "No Thanks". Do not provide any other info on those pages.
If you have any difficulties registering, please contact
If you have questions about Learn to Row which are not addressed on the web page for the program, please contact
SRL@westernreserverowing.com .
IMPORTANT:
WRRA does not know if there will be ANY open slots for the July Half-Season of Summer Rowing League. Availability of these positions is dependent entirely on whether (and how many) current May Half-Season participants renew for the second half. You should not register for the June Learn to Row with any expectation that you will be able to join the Summer Rowing League for the July-August months. When we know how many seats are available, we will notify Learn to Row Participants first. We will NOT know this information prior to the June 13 / 14 LTR dates.
We have not determined with certainty whether we will have August LTR sessions. If we do, registration will not open until ~ August 1st.
CMSD Rows is looking for a Program Coordinator.
The Program Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for all of the non-coaching aspects of the program. The PC will work closely with the Executive Director of CRF (who will coach the Learn-to-Row [LTR] program) as well as the Rowing Director of the CYRA, who is responsible for those students who progress to compete at the club level throughout the Midwest.
You can view and download the full job description here: CMSD Rows Program Coordinator.pdf
WRRA is looking for coaches for its Learn-to-Row (LTR), Summer Rowing League (SRL), Rec and Sculling programs. If you've coached in the past, we'd love to have you back. If you know someone that you think would be a good coach (rower, student, coach with another program, etc.), we'd gladly take referrals. We're looking for coaches for both SRL and Rec programs which begin in mid-May, as well as those who can help out with the Learn To Row sessions during the month of April. Come help a team improve, earn a little cash, and have some fun on the river this summer!
